miniGears Padova has been ISO 45001:2018 certified

miniGears Padova, the hGears Italian plant, has obtained the Occupational Health and Safety Management Systems certification according to the new international standard defined by ISO 45001:2018.

The certification acquired aims to support our company in its commitment to provide a healthy and safe working environment for our employees and all those visiting the plant.

This is the result of a synergy involving all company functions and placing miniGears among the companies at the forefront of the workers’ health and safety, thus approaching a new model of sustainable competitiveness.

Thanks to the recent certification process, the company was not caught unprepared for the current COVID-19 epidemic. All workers were made aware of the health and safety issues at the workplace by observing more carefully the procedures in order to contain the spread of the virus.
