Girls’ Day

Girls' Day is a national career orientation project funded by the German government with the aim of helping young women explore career options across various fields, including those traditionally dominated by men.

Last week our Schramberg plant participated in Girls’ Day by welcoming a group of young female students, who were eager to explore our production processes and gain exciting insights into the world of technical professions.

At hGears, we are always proud to inspire young talents: the students had the opportunity to take a closer look at our apprenticeship programs, which allow to gain real-world experience while learning valuable skills.

At the same time, we are grateful to these girls for showing interest in our company!
