Engineer (m/w/d)
Your Responsibilities:
- Development of product-specific
manufacturing processes incl. creation of
process-specific manufacturing drawings - Feasibility assessment of customer drawings
taking into account customer-specific
requirements - Tool and clamping device design
- Optimisation of manufacturing processes
- Monitoring and control of various
project parameters such as quality, time and costs - Participation in technical discussions with customers
- Planning the procurement and introduction of
production systems - Internal coordination in relation to specific projects

- Communication and decision-making skills
- Reliability and personal responsibility,
Assertiveness - Analytical and solution-orientated thinking
and action - Ability to work in a team and proactivity
- Ability to adapt flexibly to changing
requirements
Specialist skills required:
- Completed technical studies,
technician or comparable qualification - Knowledge of production technology, especially in
machining production technologies - Knowledge of English required
