miniGears Padova participates in the event ‘PMI WEEK’

mG miniGears Spa, the Italian plant of the hGears Group, is one of the 20 companies in Padua to have participated in the ‘PMI WEEK’ (SMEs WEEK), the week dedicated to the meeting between schools and businesses organized by Assindustria Venetocentro in the context of the National SMEs Day of Confindustria (the Italian manufacturing and service companies organization), which will end on Friday, March 1st. The initiative aims to promote business culture to young people and to raise awareness of the local manufacturing entities, in line with their training and their studies.
mG miniGears Spa hosted 30 students of a third class of the Technical Institute ‘G. Marconi’ of Padua who, through a guided tour of the Lean factory with hGears technicians, were able to discover their characteristics and curiosity, as well as to learn how the production process of the components takes place.
For hGears, which pays particular attention to the development of young talents who are approaching the world of work, this is an important opportunity to consolidate the relation with the local schools and institutes.
