hGears promotes school-work programs with local institutes

School-work collaboration recognizes the educational value of work and the training ability of enterprises. hGears group has decided to support school-works programs in partnership with local technical institutes in particular in the technological sector.

As a matter of fact, mG miniGears Padova hosted a 2-days meeting with some classes of the technical school ITT G. Marconi of Padova, during which the 53 students had the possibility to experience a visit inside our Italian plant.

First of all they were welcomed with a brief explanation about the company (history, products, market sector, new technologies). Then, after wearing the safety equipment and headphones, they were guided throughout the factory by some hGears technicians in order to take a closer look at the machinery and production processes.

The students showed a considerable interest and enthusiasm for the initiative and interacted a lot with hGears staff during the tour. After the factory tour they had the chance to make additional questions and to sum up their final considerations with a little survey, before receiving some hGears gadgets.
