hGears takes part in the Lean Thinking Italian Tour
hGears Padova is proud to be among the Italian Lean companies which will be visited during the itinerant training course Lean Thinking Italian Tour of the CUOA Business School, in partnership with Considi.
On June 29th the course participants will be visiting the Italian plant and will have the opportunity to learn the transformation process undertaken by the company through the Lean Manufacturing methodologies and tools.
Over the years, investing in employee training and company culture, as well as in innovation, led hGears to an important process of company organization and management improvement.
