Sales Key Account
Manage the existing customers achieving sales turnover and profit targets and develop prospect getting new projects/business assignment (mainly Automotive Customers with an annual portfolio 25 – 35 Mio/y).
Duties and responsabilities
- Manage the business portfolio of customers and prospects assigned;
- Manage Multi-Year Contracts with customer:
- Annual Price negotiation;
- Cost Information provided to customer;
- Capacity agreements;
- Technical Changes;
- IATF requirements related to communication with an Automotive Customer.
- Analyze the competitive landscape: competitors, markets size, market trends;
- Seek new business opportunities with current and prospects customers;
- Quote new Offers;
- Conduct commercial negotiations:
- Lead the resolution of disputes with customers;
- Enforce commercial agreements;
- Charge customers with all deviations from contracted agreements;
- Implement pricing policies.
- Actively assist with the preparation of Annual Sales Budgets, Forecasts and multi-year Plans and define the related action plan to assure the target achievement.
- Meet regularly with customers/prospects at their premises;
- Visit relevant trade shows and events;
- Manage all the relevant business data into CRM system
Required personal skills
- Relations and negotiation skills at every company level and between various departments;
- Strong decision-making skills and goal – oriented approach.
Required technical skills
- Degree in Business or Engineering;
- At least 5 years previous experience in same or similar position;
- Proficient in English. The knowledge of the German language represents a plus.
